Look for the *.dds plug-in at http://www.nvidia.com. You need either Photoshop, Paintshop, or something like that. The file you get from the site lets you save as DDS with the image program.

If you snipe, be prepared to have your head blocking part of the scope. Also, unless you make another change, the crosshair will be on the back of you head, so you can't see what you're shooting at.

If you mean where it says the name with the ammo, shells, et cetera, don't change the localization. Look for a file called hud_ammo_ppsh.urc (or something similar, that's how it would be in MOHAA...

There's a dm_scoreboard.urc, and you can probably find those playerstats in there. Problem is, the kills and deaths playerstats show the team totals, not individuals. Also, be careful what you add...
