Password change requests are common for all sites
Mostly just dumb asses doing this

Make sure that you change all your critical passwords
at lease once every 2 months, if you get a password...

"Gracefull" just tells apache not to restart until any

Shutting things down

Instead of shutting down RUNDLL try shutting down NVSVC32.exe

This is the nvidia "helper" program and is not needed
So SHUT IT OFF biggrin: - shutting down all unnecessary
