loading SP maps

i downloaded a SP map, and i dont know how to use it in the game...

like i placed the PK3 file in the main folder, but it dosnt show on the maplist cry:

SAS skin

last year i was scanning the skins archieve, and saw a really good australian SAS skin, done in full aussie cam clothing, but i did a search for it and it didnt come up anywhere.

can anyone help...

i was making a sound mod for AA and i was playing red alert 2 last night and thought that the theme of the menu(the first song that plays) would be good to include as background music.
