Communal Map Design

Just a thought that some might appreciate:

Idea 1
Person 1 starts a map -- he just makes the basic shapes and ideas.
Person 1 sends the map with a description of what he thinks should be done...

Hmm...

Maybe that could happen when you right click the colt....rather than a pistol swipe, a dagger.

I dont know anything about modding though, so I'm not sure if its possible.

UGH!

I downloaded MOHTOOLS yesterday, and was creating a simple empty room with one spawn and one light to make sure it would work. I did the BSP things I was supposed to do, and compiled the map...
