2. scroll done all the way until you see the animation files{there in text format}
3.delete the 12 files that say ftp_anims or anims...

when i try to login with the name i use alot it wont let me and says it cannot get to my profile and says due to a bad istalation and to reinstall but i can log in fine with a older name i havent...
