My demo runs fine in XP! I have a GF 2 MX400, but one of my friends have recieved the same message as you did!!! He reinstalled the driver (the one for XP. 21.11) and then he were able to play!!!

23.11 is not tuning your grafic card but the ram on your motherboard and thats why my pc only worked the fifth time I started it.

I recommend that you reinstall 21.11 (or whatever its called).
