Simple mod makeing problem

Ok I tried making a little mod that changes the ammo in the P38 just see get the hang of modding. Ok when I was done editing the .tik file I put the folder and all the sub-folders into a pk3 file....

How do you do it. I'm trying to play the map the jv_map put bots in and I put the file in the main folder but when I go to multiplayer and to map it doesn't show up. What am I doing wrong
