another way is to create new layer, select | all, select | modify | border, pick pixel size then fillin with color of choice. I find this way gives a nice feathered look.

yep. I believe that if the server has a map on it that the flak88 is able to move and shoot that all maps on the server will let the flak88 shoot. ie. V2V2 map.
