I don't like ET either, but CoD and ET are the same engine and you can mod ET. Plus, ET is free for the DL. Hard to beat that price.

One of the stock MOHAA textures I used contains an unsupported shader function that results in thousands of console errors as soon as you fire your weapon. This may significantly impact performance....

CoD uses a smaller scale, so conversion would be tough. Plus, since the scale is smaller, you can put more in a given area, which means you wouldn't get the whole thing to fit in MOHAA.
