Stroke is faded because you need to do a select all so it knows what to stroke.

New Layer > Stroke 3 px black inside
New Layer > Stroke 2 px white inside
New Layer > Stroke 1 px black inside

This forum has the lowest tolerance for bad sigs out of any gaming oriented forum I've ever been on. People should take that into account before posting.
