SKB, SKC, and SKD are all model file extensions.
They are found throughout 'Pak0.pk3'

The human eye (or rather the brain) is tricked into thinking 30 FPS is real but anything above that only helps. ...

Laggers don't lag servers unless it is a non-dedicated server. And even if it was a non-dedicated server, one lagger wouldn't slow you down a bit. Maybe about 20 but the odds of even 10+ 56kers...
