Just type in the server`s console ...sv_max ping...

Just type in the server`s console ...sv_max ping 150...or what ever max ping you want to be able to connect...and you may have to type it in once a day...the demo "forgets" that command at times .

When I play on my server,off a different...

When I play on my server,off a different connection,I still see lag spikes with about half of the players..alive or in spectator.. although the server`s upload changes very little...I suspect the lag...
