The game stores are only going on a rough date. That date is not correct based off of EA who is making the game.

Go by the publisher not the store as far as dates.

When I was learning how to run a moh server years...

When I was learning how to run a moh server years ago I used that prog and had the same problem.

Your best bet is to simply run a server with a cfg file and not mess with those 3rd party progs.

If you have used the texture in your map project then it should always be visable.
