Need help with video card drivers

I just installed 40.72 WQHL drivers for my Video card which is a GF2MX400 because i fried my GF4. When i did install them i restarted my computer and the screen went black! I never had problems...

I know i go to start, settings, network connections, advanced, and the firewall is there and when i go to turn it on that error just comes up. I tried my ISP no luck there. How do i turn it on...
