I made the MSN one myself, its easy, if you wanna do it yourself, jsut get a photo you want, size it so it fits in the window(I forgot what my ssize was) after doing that, when you save it, save it...

I think you shouldnt make the gun's accuracy perfect and without recoil because theres no perfect gun and thats make the game too easy.
