Open an internet site, click on tools (top left), internet options, connections, never dial a connection

I got CGW, too, works just fine. Click on my computer, then right click on the cd icon, open, and then look for the MoH Folder and try to exec the setup.exe manually.

click the connections tab
now look for 'never dial a connection'
and click the small cirlce next...
