Bring down the console with the ` key (just left of 1) and type fps 1. Your fps will show up near the bottom...

I get between 30-90 fps in Spearhead and between 10-30 fps in Breakthrough. It's playable... but barely... sometimes. It runs a lot worse for me than Spearhead ever did. I'd be weary...
