Yea realistically I think you are only supposed to gain about 7-12% in the LONG TERM average, but by taking bigger risks you have the potential for much more.

Hit ctrl alt del and check task manager to see how many/which processes you have running and if some are spiking and using a lot of your CPU. That's if you have anything bad running.

I think it just gets you out of trouble for minor speeding tickets, for example 50 in a 40 or something like that.

I know some people who have them, sadly I do not.
