Not that I have seen. To make it more complicated the patch for Spearhead won't work for some spearhead mods before the patch. The thing I did was just check AlliedAssault.com and other mod sites periodically and the guys who designed the originals upgraded them. It seems like all you would have to do is address the new weapons and such in the same format but it is a little more complicated it seems.
