To put it plain and simple--> Many Americans have the best lives in the world. Some forgeiners dislike America because they are jealous whether they admit to it or not. OTHERS may dislike them cause they feel that America is very Gaudy and boastful. Yes, that is true in most occassions since every #1 country/nation/force in history was pretty much disliked by everyone else that wasn't appart of it.
