Practice on pure servers. Stear clear of all the cry-baby and wanna-be elite servers. You will never get better playing on thoughs.

cry-baby servers:
-------------------
No shotty
No rockets
Less grenades
Servers with any sort of hindering to them can be concidered cry-baby servers.

Wanna-be elite:
------------------
Realism servers (less it's CKR and your joining a realism ladder)
Other Realism severs.

Communication, Practice, and skilled players are a must. Crying will get you no where.
