Ok, I made a weapon skin. I clicked save as, to the folder where its supposed to be... then a thing pops up saying: Because of the limitations of the specified file format(and possibly the save options you've selected), the save file will be limited to a merged image. Would you like to continue?

WTF, someone please help me...
