I mean 1969 was a long time ago wouldn't you think the truth would have come out somehow? But then again there are many well covered-up events that will never be uncovered. I guess our country would look pretty bad if the landing was faked. They were probably paid a lot of money and their family's will all be taken care of for the rest of their lives. So that is probably the incentive to shut the astrnauts up.

actually a few months ago Neil Armstrong(i think, i know it was one of em') punched a guy that kept accusing the landing of being fake.
