fucking veteran (9 months without a mental breakdown) and trust me, the
HOLD button really IS your best friend... well, that and the DISCONNECT key.

I don't work at an internet helpdesk anymore: way too bad for your mental
health. The next time I have a computer job related to fixing problems, it
has to be HANDS-ON. Go ahead, work at a technical support center and you
will quickly see why.
