Kim is running a nation that is falling apart. With the help with Carter and Clinton. He has the matrials to create a nuke. He knows its stupid to atttack the US with a nuke. So hes gona use it for black mail. Saddam want the weapon. Do you know why? Saddam has a very big ego. He believes hes the next Saladin of the middle east. That he wants the Arab world under one banner to get rid of the West and Israel. Thats why Saddam is more a threat.
