Im pretty sure the rage pro isnt a 16MB card.

as for this

either wrong driver or old ones, try ati's latest and of course directx too.

and im guessing the 298 P5 was a typo

and it doesnt look like P5 looks like a 300 MMX p2 if there was a 300 MMX

i think the specs on your "new" pc just aint good enuff
