Regarding the deployable ropes: I'm not sure.

About the US AT weapon:
I did redo the Allied AT gun model, but unfortunately it could not be skinned in time for the 0.3 release. (One of our skinners was having computer problems) The same goes with the M16, M25, and M9 Beretta.
