My recipe for Spaghetti
2 lbs Ground beef (can subsitute half italian sausage, or all sausage)
3 medium onions
1 clove garlic, minced
6 stalks celery
2 6 oz cans tomato paste
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 bay leaf
8 oz fress mushroom
1 green pepper
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Saute chopped onions, choped celery, and garlic in olive oil until tender. Add ground beef. When beef is cooked add tomatoe paste, Thin with water till you arrive at the desired consistency. Add bay leaf sliced mushrooms and chopped green prepper. Stir cinnamon into sauce. Simmer on low heat for 2 hours...
Serve over cooked spaghetti noodles.
