I was getting up to 70+ fps with the Geforce2 MX400 and an AMD Athlon 1 Ghz with 256 MB. I think you need to tweak. BTW, I just got a Geforce3 Ti 200, and the improvement is significant. Up to 100 fps now. Except the slow areas (action or those dang swaying leaves) went from 12 fps min to like 40 fps min. Actually, I always forget to check the fps in an action scene! But it is definitely much better now. Seriously, even if you get the Geforce3, TWEAK! I posted here before some things you can do to speed things up.
