Two things:

- You can not look directly into the sun, and be able to see someone standing in that same direction clearly enough to have a good aim. Unless you squeeze your eyes.

- Squeezing your eyes doesn't give you a better view while looking at the monitor (the projected image remains the same).

So, this mod could give you an advantage in certain situations. For this reason, it should be a server side mod.

Personally, I couldn't care less if someone was using it. The advantage is minimal at best.
