But honestly though, I've skydived once and hated it, never will do it again. I did it when I went to Austraila for a College trip type thing.

But when my dad was in Vietnam, in trraining, he went parachuting, and he said it was really scary, even though this was in peace time. You do exactly what they said in BoB, and when you jump from the static line, if your chute doesnt open, you have 3-4 seconds to pull your reserve, or else youre too low for it to deploy correctly, which can either severly injure you from breaking your legs, or kill you.
