Yep i use a city cut it up put it in the backround then i use flamming peer to make wiered 3d stuff then i make the background orange make the city and the 3d stuff luminosity then i put in the jeckie chan stuff and cut it out finally i put the text on. and select all and then go to edit->stroke and make the white border!
