Thats my town. Cool thing is, I used to work across the street from the building they showed with the tree behind it. I can see my current work building too, as well as the general area of my neighborhood. That place has the biggest, baddest magnets you have ever see. In a small city of 200k, that mag lab uses more electricity than anyone else in town.
