my clan doesn't belive in using 'ranks. Everyone is usually considered eqauls, but I'm in a sorta 'elder' part of the group that makes the decisions on leagues,server,recruits,members, etc... We don't consider ourselves seperate from the group. We're still held up to the same rules and requirments.
