He may not have to pay a cent of it, but he fact stands that a 200ZX isnt an easy car to come by. Let alone in a decent condition. I would have someones balls for taking my car on "a test drive" after an oil change. He's just fucking joy riding and i would have had his job for that alone. Crash my car and you had better pray you die in the crash.
