Alrighty, aint posted one of these for awhile, but, I've been..."busy". Oh no, School starts in 2 days (sniff). Anyway, I've promised the v2, and thats what you'll get (even if it is a little short)

The A4/V2 Rocket
Which my SOSE teacher claims is a V12, hehe

Length: 46 feet.

All-up weight (with 9 tonnes of fuel and a one-tonne warhead): 13 tonnes.

Time to "Mach 1" (sound barrier): Under 30secs

Max burning-time: 65-70secs

For a long range-firing, V-2 reached a peak trajectory height of 50-60 miles, but much greater heights could be reached if range was no object. January 1945 saw the height of the attack on Britain: nearly 60 V-2 explosions were reported in the first week.

Told you it was short, didn't I...

It's excellent

V2's at Peenemunde, the V-2 in the foreground sits atop a "Meillerwagen", a special vehicle, devised to carry the V-2 to the launching pad.

This is just to give you some idea of the scale

And, here are the blueprints...
