what happened to Neo? Did he die or did the machines keep him with them? What was Sati and how did she create the sunny sky at the end of the film? Her father told Neo that every program in the Matrix should have a purpose but he created Sati only to be beautiful. How did she create the sunny sky then?

Why was the Oracle lying on the ground after the battle between Neo and Smith?

So the machines freed every human being that was connected to the Matrix, right?
Oh and I almost forgot, how did they destroy Smith? I thought they tricked him but I was hoping someone would explain it for me.
