The yellow text gets lost in the background. You need a lot more colour contrast or a bigger font. Try adding a simple drop shadow to the text (maybe Distance: 3, Blur: 2, Intensity: 60...if you're using Photoshop).

In addition, make sure you save your jpg at the maximum or near-maximum quality to keep your text from going fuzzy.

Otherwise, it's not bad.
