3d studio max...then went back to ps and fiddled around a bit...

i just got this great idea for another one, but, im havin some trouble. does anyone know how (in ps) to have an image, then make a clean, STRAIGHT cut, DIAGONALLY? like have a pic, and cut off half of it diagonally so the other half is the white background?
