the charts are representing the arrest rates, which I provided to show you that the precentage I showed you wasn't made up, if you want to see the where I got the statistics for the national prison population go here

Indian or Alaska Native; and less
than 1%, Asian or Pacific Islander.
Private The largest category of inmates
was black (42%), followed by white
