are you dumb ? Most blacks are stuck with a public defender which does next to nothing. while the average white person at least has a lawyer which is partially dedicated to his or her case. It is not a sense of them commiting the crime because of skin color and this is all your pointing this to be all about. again more bs excuses your trying to make for your failed stance, trying to make it look like they are forced to commit crime, again coming from a stupid foreigner who knows nothing of what its like here in the states, let me educate you, again. When my ancestors came to america 400 years ago there was nothing but forest, savages, and disease. We had to start with nothing and work hard to create a prosperous nation, millions upon millions of imigrants came to the united states and wound up on the bottom of society, but they worked hard and over came their circumstances and were able to prosper. The problem with most minorities and new imigrants is this, they see all these white people with living prosperous lives and they think its not fair, they dont stop and realize that the only reason they are where they are now is through generations of hard work and toil...most white people in the united states didnt even go to college untill after ww2 b/c the gi bill gave them the oprotunity too. And don't tell me that minorities don't have the same oprotunities as white people because again thats bull shit...I know plenty of minorities who over came their situation and suroundings to create a better life for themselves and their familiy, and you want to know how they did it??? The same way everyone else who has something did it HARD WORK!! The problem is that most minorities as shown by these statistics are to influenced by their gangster rap culture that they have tried to create for themselves so they would rather try to be "hard thugs" smoking crack and comiting crimes, thats the reason why there is such a high minority crime rate, not because there forced to comit crime thats the biggest load of shit ive ever heard, minorities here have more rights then white people now, they have acess to all sorts of free hand outs and affirmitive action programs, and thats the problem with americas minorities, they are having everything handed to them on a silver platter all they have to do is show some inititive and work for it, but they dont want to, their used to hand outs, and politicians especially the liberals here love catering to this to get the minority vote by offering handouts. And if you still dont believe me go and ask any educated minority who has made something of themselves and are prospering here how they got where they are, and they will tell you, "i busted my ass and spent all my time working, studying, and managing my time, i got here because of my own merits not because of afirmitive action or any hand outs" Even educated minorities will tell you the problem with americas minorities isnt because of white discrimination, whites are the ones being discriminated against with our afirmitive action programs, its because of lack of initiative, they expect everything to be handed to them, and when its not they blame it on white racism.

oh and btw if you read anything I have written here, i havent made one racist comment, you play the racist card just like minorities do, to justify their failure.
