What are we supposed to say? He's smart? He doesn't look like a monkey? Because neither of those things are true. His intelligence or lack there of leads to those decisions. If he made decisions a majority agreed with, then people wouldn't call him an idiot, right? Another example would be all the words he suddenly creates, like misunderestimate.
