We did loads of basic training.
We did section attacks, platoon attacks, ambushes, firing of SA-80s with live rounds, drill, overnight exercise, clearance patrols, sentry duty, orienteering, signals, an assault course and much more.
My section won best section :-)
Everything was done with blank ammunition except the SA-80 firing.
It was really cool.
