it wasent even my car. It was my moms. We all know how much 98 dodge neons are wanted out on the black market. I doubt they even wanted to take the car to begin with, just looking for shit inside of it. If they did want it probly just for a joyride. But how fun is it to joyride in a neon? It would be hard to steal though. 1/2 the time it dosent even want to start WITH the key let alone being hotwired.
