Yes, I can use chopsticks.

Some things like rice are hard though. But i've watched Asians eat rice with chopsticks before, and they ut their rice in a bowl and then put it up to their face and then use the chopsticks as a sort of leverage machine to scoop the rice into their mouth using a swift motion with their wrist. Very interesting if you ask me. I always put my rice on a plate.
