I hope that this will be a good game, there is a void the size of Alaska in Pacific theater PC games, there are only two strategy games and one flight sim. I have both strats and the flightsim is made by microsuck so I'm not buying that.


However I shudder when I consider all the historical fuckups they could introduce into this game a la Spearhead.
What if we end up sniping at Zero fighters with a Tommy Gun in Pearl Harbor,
or invading Midway Island to take it from the Japs (for the historically challenged, the Japs tried to take Midway but we blew up their fleet and the islands stayed in US hands),
or fighting on Wake Island, and then fighting in later campaigns as the same guy rolleyes: (Wake survivors were prisoners for the rest of the war)
