In game, go to the left most beach you can without getting owned by helicopters. There should be a buggy there and a couple guys. If no buggy, just a busted boat, then you need to do this:

Download that, put it in your /levels/fort directory. Tada, dune buggy. Also more enemies, barrels, steam, lights, and no heli's to eat you. |
