I dont know how your company or countrys' labor laws are...but if it were over here you can do a variety of things. First tell her you dont give a shit whether she thinks you are sick or not, that is what sick time is for. Second, you can say this is the first time this year i have called in sick, so oct and nov dont count and even if they did, who gives a shit, its only been 3 times. instead of trying to defend yourself from calling in sick, go on the offensive. If you let management know early on that you wont put up with this kind of shit, chances are they wont fuck with you, even if you do something wrong. Ive gone through this shit before at my old job. Find out what their attendance/discipline policies are and use them.
