That is seriously fucked up. Charging someone room and board while they were wrongfully incarcerated.

I wonder if they take into account the amount of income they would have earned while they were in jail, emotional distress, hardships caused by receiving less income, single parenting, a child w/o a parent. This is a great injustice, I dont believe anyone would seriously try and enforce this, but here it is. Its sad. annoy:
