I respect the officers decision. Who knows, the girl may have deserved it. It It is not like he killed her, just taught her a little lesson. Most cops are good, 9 out of 19 cops will be some of the best people you ever meet, and probably the number of good cops is even higher than that. I hate it when people gripe about cops. Don't break the law and you will not have a problem.
